I'm Latoya Xmas. I try SheaMoisture, an Excellent product. My hair is frizzy, dry, high porosity. After using this mask my hair was shiny and hydrated. Used a cap for 15 min. Important to say "one size doesn't fit all" bc I've tried other brands and didn't get the results I expected but still had to admit might be suitable for others. This is a trial and error thing. My hair was happy with this Shea M!!
